When I was a Care Manager, I had digital systems for everything. I could pull reports, analyse data, monitor compliance and find information online stored in all sorts of digital storage or management platforms.

As I became more experienced, the binder grew with me. It became the place where I planned, thought, captured, questioned, monitored and followed things through.
It travelled with me throughout my management journey and through a service that ultimately achieved an Outstanding regulatory rating.
And I always thought:
